PLAI National Congress 2013 will be on 20-22 November 2013 and not on 28-30 November as was previously announced. Congress location will still be in Iloilo; exact venue will be announced at a later date. Date was changed in order to comply with legal and government requirements as was stated in the organization's by-laws. http://plai.org.ph/index.php/about
